Inventory management: Many companies that exclusively deliver coffee only deliver once a month. They have to guess what your entire office will need for a month and will often overstock you to run up the bill and their commission check. We are not fortune tellers, so we deliver once a week and never overstock your inventory. Most importantly is you have a say about your deliveries and we will customize your service to what works the best. We have many clients that monitor their own inventory and place orders which we fill and deliver.
Special Deliveries: In addition to great coffee and vending services, Southwest Vending will make special deliveries. Office parties, holidays and even customer appreciation days we can supply everything including; can soda, bottled water and paper products. We’ll even deliver ice if you need it! We never have a delivery charge, fuel charges or hidden fees.
