There are 3 general vending programs that we recommend. The basic structure for these programs are industry standard but with the expertise of Southwest Vending, we can customize any of these basic programs to exactly fit your needs.

0% Commission or Subsidy Program: Our first program is designed to pass along our lowest price to your employees. Many companies have recently leaned towards some variation of this program as a benefit to their employees. Some companies view vending products (specifically beverages) as perk at the work place and will either subsidize products or completely pay for vending products. If this doesn’t fit into you companies budget but you want the lowest possible price a 0% program is a great fit.

7 - 10% Commission: Some companies prefer to collect a fair revenue on vending products. Some companies want to generate a small revenue to pay for holiday parties or things of that nature. Also, some companies use the 10% vending program to offset the cost of office coffee. When introducing a commission plan on vending products you may see slightly higher pricing on some products.

15 - 20% Commission: Some companies want to generate a larger revenue from the vending products. Many of the companies that use this more aggressive approach have a high public traffic where people expect higher prices. This more aggressive approach is generally used when there is many people present generating a high revenue volume. This approach could also be used to generate income to offset the price of office coffee.

There are several variations of these programs, and we have done them all. This will give you a general sense of where you would like to start. An in person meeting would allow us to ask the necessary questions to personalize a program to your exact needs.
